By far weight lifting moves targeting your lower body will never fail when it comes to increasing the size of your booty. Although you cant ’spot reduce‘ to lose in specific areas, you can definitely grow specific muscles using weights. (for added info a regimen to grow your glutes should include some measure of cardio and a healthy diet). After all, a smaller waist gives the appearance of a bigger lower half.
